<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline lining material which is used in applications for lining the inner peripheral walls of pipelines buried in the ground, and which is impregnated with a compound based on a curable resin to be cross-linked by a radically polymerizable monomer, the curable resin being in uncured state, and to provide a compound impregnated to the pipeline lining material, thereby the odor of styrene monomers being suppressed as much as possible while good mechanical properties are obtained for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The pipeline lining material 1 is used in applications for lining the inner peripheral wall 95a of a pipeline 95 buried in the ground, and is impregnated with a compound based on a curable resin to be cross-linked by a radically polymerizable monomer, the curable resin being in uncured state.
