<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device enabling clamping even if variation is large, and a carrier. <P>SOLUTION: The clamp device 10 is provided with a linearly moving actuator, a link 2 extended to a direction orthogonal to the linearly moving direction of the actuator, and clamp parts 3 rotatably provided at both ends of the link 2 and having claw parts 3a for clamping clamped parts 8.
