<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time needed until a prescribed timing is synchronized again. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A correction information generating part generates correction information for synchronizing present processor generation timing which is the timing generated by the information processor with reference timing, when the reference timing is supplied from other information processor; a correction information storage part stores the correction information generated by the correction information generation part; and a timing control part corrects the present processor generating timing, on the basis of the correction information stored in the correction information storage part, when the reference timing is not supplied from other information processor.
