<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple microchip for precisely feeding a liquid at a constant flow rate. <P>SOLUTION: The microchip includes: a flow-rate detection circuit 40 for detecting the flow rate of a liquid flowing through a fine flow channel formed on a base material; and a constant-flow-rate controlling circuit 45 for keeping the feed rate of the liquid constant by changing the temperature of the liquid flowing through the fine flow channel with a heating resistance 37.
