<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for covering a building exterior construction area capable of covering the construction area during a concrete depositing in bad weather and of preventing concrete from being excessively dried due to excessive solar radiation and also provide a method of constructing a building exterior. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This structure for covering a building exterior construction area comprises a sheet 10, a balloon 20, and locking means 30. The balloon 20 is sealed with a gas having a density smaller than that of the atmosphere. The locking means 30 joins the sheet 10 to a predetermined place against the buoyancy of the balloon 20.
