PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam capturing device for improving environment by efficiently capturing and processing steam. SOLUTION: This steam capturing device includes a steam inlet 14 formed on an outer face of a housing 12 to be connected with a steam generating source, a water inlet 16 formed on the outer face of the housing 12 to be connected with a water supply source, a heat exchanger 20 disposed in the housing 12, and an outlet 18 formed on the outer face of the housing 12. The heat exchanger 20 includes a plurality of first heat transfer plates and a plurality of second heat transfer plates overlapped to each other, the first heat transfer plates and the second heat transfer plates are respectively provided with first flow channels and second flow channels, a first inlet 26 is communicated with a first outlet 28 through the first flow channel, and a second inlet 32 is communicated with a second outlet 30 through the second flow channel. The steam inlet 14 is communicated with the first inlet 26 of the heat exchanger 20, the water inlet 16 is communicated with the second inlet 32 of the heat exchanger 20, and the outlet 18 is communicated with the first outlet 28 and the second outlet 30 of the heat exchanger 20.
