PURPOSE: A system for dispensing radio-pharmaceuticals and measuring radiation amount is provided, which can minimize danger by reducing the number of times and the time that an operator is exposed to the radioactivity. CONSTITUTION: A system for dispensing radio-pharmaceuticals and measuring radiation amount is comprised of a radiopharmaceuticals distribution device and a radiation amount measuring device of radiopharmaceuticals. The radiopharmaceuticals distribution device distributes a necessary amount of radiopharmaceuticals from a bottle(21) using a syringe(31). The radiation amount measuring device of radiopharmaceuticals is installed on the lower part of the radiopharmaceuticals distribution device and measures radiation amount of the syringe.
