<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of reduced document images displayable at once in a display area, compared with the case of setting or adjusting the row space or column space of the display area in accordance with a reduced document image of the maximum size. <P>SOLUTION: A document processor for aligning and displaying a plurality of reduced document images in each row of a display area divided to a plurality of rows by row boundary lines according to a predetermined alignment condition comprises: an alignment list formation part 15 which registers reduced document images of display objects to an alignment list according to the alignment condition; and a display control part 17 which sequentially takes out and arranges the reduced document images from the formed alignment list on the display area, and controls to set, when the m-th reduced document image arranged on the n-th row is partially protruded below the (n+1)-th and following row boundary lines, an arrangement impossible area with a dimension corresponding to the width of the m-th reduced document image in the lower row divided by the row boundary line concerned, and arrange the reduced document image in the row with the arrangement impossible area set thereto while avoiding the arrangement impossible area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
