<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cadaverine aliphatic dicarboxylate salt by a simpler production process in high reaction yield, at high production speed and at high purity. <P>SOLUTION: The process for producing the cadaverine aliphatic acid dicarboxylate salt is to contact E. coli produced by introducing L-lysine decarboxylase gene or E. coli on the surface of which an L-lysine decarboxylase is localized with the aqueous solution of an L-lysine dicarboxylate salt. The aqueous solution of the L-lysine dicarboxylate salt is adjusted by using an L-lysine fermentation liquid prepared by controlling pH with the dicarboxylic acid and the L-lysine decarboxylase is prepared by using the fermentation liquid. The cadaverine aliphatic dicarboxylate salt can be produced by concentration of, addition of an organic solvent to, filtration of and crystallization of the resulting aqueous solution of the cadaverine dicarboxylate salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
