<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently decompose and remove a decomposition object gas without enlarging an outer diameter of a reaction part and the whole device, in regard to an exhaust gas decomposing device. <P>SOLUTION: A reactor A is provided into which the decomposition object gas is introduced, carries out pyrolizing, and is filled with a heat storing filler 6. Lump-like alumina or the like is used in the heat storing filler. It is preferable that a ratio of volume of the heat storing filler making up the internal volume of the reactor is 60% or less, and it is preferable that a ratio (1/d) between a filling height 1 of the heat storing filler in the reactor and a reactor inner diameter d is 0.8-2.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
