<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fasten a stand bracket from the side of a vehicle body and change the position of the stand bracket upward in a side stand attaching structure of a motorcycle having the tiltable side stand on the lower one side of the vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: The stand bracket 43 rotatably supporting the base end of the side-stand 41 is formed separately from the stand attaching part 44 of a vehicle body frame 5.
