摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material fastening structure for avoiding easy deformation of a fastened object without being influenced by a hole diameter and a plate thickness. SOLUTION: A body part 16 is inserted into a through-ports 32A, 30A until a first flange 14 abuts on a plate material 32B of an under reinforcement 32 at its inside in the cross direction of a vehicle body. In this state, fluid such as air or adhesive is poured therein through an opening portion 20. A joint 12 to be inflated with internal pressure has the body part 16 enlarged at its portion inserted into the through-ports 32A, 30A so as to be pressed against the inner walls of the through-ports 32A, 30A and enlarged at its front end protruded from the through-port 30A to the inside of the plate material 30B to form a second flange 18. The joint 12 uses a first flange 14 and the second flange 18 for holding the plate materials 32B, 30B at both sides in the cross direction of the vehicle body. The first flange 14 and the second flange 18 are both inflated with internal pressure shown by an arrowmark 52 to apply pressure to the plate materials 32B, 30B at both sides in the cross direction of the vehicle body and fasten them to each other.
