PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practice kit with which various general skills, such as pharmaceutical jobs in connection with a cancer chemotherapy are efficiently and safely instructed to a student to be a pharmacist for a short period of time and which is used for a preparation practice of a low-cost practical anticancer agent, etc. SOLUTION: This practice kit used for the preparation practice of a predetermined pharmaceutical includes a spill sheet, and an alternative pharmaceutical of the predetermined pharmaceutical prepared on the spill sheet and containing riboflavin. The difficulty at preparation of the predetermined pharmaceutical is practiced with existence of fluorescence emitted from riboflavin on the spill sheet by ultraviolet rays irradiated on the spill sheet after the preparation practice.
