PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compactly constituted and easily handled liquefied gas reliquefying device.

SOLUTION: This liquefied gas reliquefying device 1 is provided for reliquefying BOG vaporized from LNG in a cargo tank 3, and has a refrigerating machine group 20 arranged in a secondary refrigerant circulating flow passage 24 for circulating nitrogen having the condensing temperature lower than the BOG and liquefying the nitrogen, a carrying pump 22 for carrying liquid nitrogen cooled by the refrigerating machine group 20 in the secondary refrigerant circulating flow passage 24, and a heat exchanger 12 arranged in the secondary refrigerant circulating flow passage 24 and condensing and liquefying the BOG by exchanging heat between the liquid nitrogen and the BOG carried by the carrying pump 22. A heat exchange means 12 is arranged in the vicinity of the cargo tank 3.
