PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element having extremely less deterioration of characteristics by suppressing the occurrence of a floating capacity between a matching capacity electrode and a ground electrode of a communication apparatus, etc. SOLUTION: The non-reciprocal circuit element (2-port isolator) is equipped with: a permanent magnet 41; a ferrite 32 to which a DC magnetic field is applied by the permanent magnet 41; first center electrodes and second center electrodes arranged in the ferrite 32; and a circuit board 20 incorporating an electrode for a matching circuit. Below an electrode 53a on the input port side out of the first central electrodes, an electrode 54c connected to the input port is disposed. An electrode 54a on the output port side out of the first center electrodes is disposed below the electrode 53a and an electrode 55c connected to the output port is disposed below the electrode 54a.
