PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device for a vehicle that executes control for satisfying both of a desired blowing-out temperature and desired dehumidification performance when ventilation air is heated by a heating means other than a refrigerating cycle in dehumidification operation. SOLUTION: The air conditioning device for a vehicle is provided with a control device 50 that controls operation of a heat-pump refrigerating cycle 20, an opening degree of an air mix door 8, and conduction of a PTC heater 40 so as to control a blowing-out temperature before ventilation air inside an air conditioning case 1 is blown out into a vehicle cabin. When the control device 50 determines that the actually-measured blowing-out temperature is higher than a prescribed value during dehumidification heating cycle operation, the control device switches from the dehumidification heating cycle operation to cooling cycle operation, and further, supplies power to the PTC heater 40.
