<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle breath alcohol measuring apparatus capable of improving the power of suppressing fraudulence by a stand-in of a driver more than before. <P>SOLUTION: An alcohol interlock system is provided with an alcohol fuel cell sensor for measuring alcohol concentration in the breath of the driver of a vehicle, a CCD image sensor for photographing the driver in the middle of blowing the breath in, and a CPU for detecting that the vehicle is moving.
