PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal care article gentle to skin, safe and non-toxic to human bodies and environment, sufficiently exhibiting the pharmacological activity of a photocatalyst and sustaining excellent preserving, disinfecting, cleaning and deodorizing effects up to the last. SOLUTION: This personal care article comprises a photocatalyst and apatite or complex particles of the photocatalyst with the apatite, and cyclodextrin particles. Thereby, it is possible to exhibit cooperated actions such that the cyclodextrin includes malodorous substances, harmful chemical materials, bacteria, etc., the apatite adsorbs them and further the photocatalyst decomposes and removes them.
