A recording sheet for ink jet printing and a manufacturing method of the silicium dioxide dispersions are provided to improve coating quality of the recording sheet, and to improve productivity and stability property of coating liquid. A method for manufacturing silicium dioxide dispersions of which surface is reformed includes a step for reforming the surface of silicium dioxide with a mixture of three-valent aluminum and four-valent zirconium or their mixture, and at least one or more amino organosilane reaction products; and a step for manufacturing an aqueous solution layer in the room temperature. The aqueous solution layer has an absorption increase rate less than 0.05 in 400nm wavelength. A recording sheet for ink jet printing includes at least one or more ink receiving layer applied on a supporting body.
