A filter for reducing bad smell thorough electrical breakdown and composite inorganic nanoparticles is provided to destruct molecules of organic materials and removing virus and bacteria on the filter surface accumulated by volatile chemicals. A manufacturing method of a filter for reducing bad smell thorough electrical breakdown and composite inorganic nanoparticles includes the following steps of: making a composite inorganic particle including granodiorite porphyry in which aluminum oxide is contained over 15% having silica of 60%~70% to a nanoparticle with argon gas; evaporating the composite inorganic particle on a fiber base; fixing the fiber base in which the inorganic particle is evaporated on a circumference; and forming gas puncture voltage between intervals of the fiber base by installing a voltage output(4) of 3~6kV.
