<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and appropriately managing the term of validity in stockpiles for a disaster. <P>SOLUTION: Based on a stockpile database for storing the stockpile of a client, the storage location of the stockpile, and information on the term of validity of the stockpile, an extraction step, a delivery step, a deletion step, and a registration step are executed periodically. In the extraction step, a computer extracts information on stockpiles that have a short term of validity and need to be replaced as information on the stockpiles requiring replacement and creates a list of the information on the stockpiles requiring replacement. In the delivery step, new stockpiles replacing the stockpiles requiring replacement are selected based on the list and are delivered to each storage location before the term of validity in the stockpiles requiring replacement. In the deletion step, the computer deletes information on the stockpiles requiring replacement extracted as information on the stockpiles requiring replacement in the extraction step from the stockpile database.
