PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure of a building capable of eliminating the need of an operation from the outdoor side when the gaps between outer wall panels are sealed. SOLUTION: This wall structure of a building comprises outer wall panels 10, 20 having outer wall members 11, 21 forming an outer wall surface and frames (wall lathing members) for supporting the outer wall members 11, 21 from the indoor side. The plurality of outer wall panels 10, 20 are installed parallel to each other, and the gaps between the outer wall panels 10, 20 are sealed. An overlapped part 21a overlapped with the frames 12 of the general outer wall panel in the wall thickness direction is formed on the outer wall member 21 of the joint outer wall panel 20 among the adjacent outer wall panels 10, 20. Since the seal part 12a of the frame 12 opposed to the overlapped part 21a and the overlapped part 21a are sealed by a seal member S1, a seal material filling operation from the outside can be eliminated.
