<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the allotment of marks of check items cannot be changed whose deviation place or erroneous operation is frequently generated based on a measurement value in a method or device for inspecting usability or accessibility, and for presenting the allotment of marks. <P>SOLUTION: A pass/fail decision means 201 inspects the picture configuring components of an inspection object or a source program 101 or a testee operation history 102 according to the inspection content of check items 202, and makes pass/fail decision. An inspection result storage means 213 adds the number of times of pass and the number of times of failure output by the pass/fail decision means 201, and stores it in an inspection history 204 by referring to the inspection history 204.
