PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-conduit attachment extraction device capable of extracting attachment such as dirty substances originated in a living body attached to a target specified part on the inner surface of a conduit. SOLUTION: A long-length shaft part 3 is inserted so as to be freely moved forward and backward, and an insertion sheath 2 storing an extraction part 4 at the distal end inside a distal end opening is inserted to the vicinity of the connection part of the end part of a branching member 24 and a tube 26 where filth inside the treatment tool channel 25 of an endoscope 12 easily remain. The shaft part 3 is delivered to the front to project the extraction part 4 from the distal end opening of the insertion sheath 2, a handle 5 is moved back and forth or the like further, the inner surface of the connection is rubbed or the like by the projected extraction part 4 impregnated with peeling liquid 9, and the attachment such as the filth attached to the inner surface is extracted by the extraction part 4.
