The present invention relates to method of regulating refrigerant / liquid flow in refrigeration industries & other industries. First object of this ENERGY SAVING EXPANSION DEVICE is to allow higher flow of refrigerant at lower condenser pressure which increases capacity / efficiency and reduces specific power consumption. Second object is, it reduces refrigerant flow at higher condenser pressure so that maximum capacity is achieved without overloading the compressor. Third object to avoid / minimize vapor passing to evaporator from condenser at any worst condensing conditions to safe guard compressor and system. Four, this Energy Saving Expansion Device is a only valve which uses static pressure head and pressure drop due to flowing liquid / gas for controlling flow. |
