An on-line credit card payment system and a method using a cellular phone authentication are provided to guarantee the safety of the online credit card payment. An authentication information input unit(200) provides the credit card payment screen for user. The authentication information is input through the payment screen. An SMS authentication number is input from user and the SMS(Short Message Service) certification number input unit(210) transmits the SMS authentication information. A transaction approving unit(220) approves transaction, and provides the goods or the services which user requests payment with a credit card. |
