PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source driver that achieves precharging of source lines by precharge voltages settable with high accuracy, to provide an electro-optical device, and to provide an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The source driver includes: a first driver block including first to p-th source output blocks arrayed in a first direction, each source output block having an output circuit for driving a source line; a second driver block including (p+1)th to q-th source output blocks arranged in the first direction, each source output block having an output circuit for driving a source line; and first and second precharge lines for supplying first and second precharge voltages for precharging outputs from the output circuits. The first and second precharge voltages are supplied to voltage feeding points of the first and second precharge lines which are formed such that the load up to the p-th source output block end is made equal to the load up to the (p+1)th source output block end.
