FOOD OR MEDICINE COMPRISING NUCLEIC ACID-REMOVED YEAST

A food or medicine containing yeast without nucleic acid is provided to prevent or treat obesity and to be used as a regular meal. A food or medicine includes the yeast removing the nucleic acid as an active ingredient, the calorie of fat below 20%, the calorie of carbohydrate below 60%, the content of protein of 23.3 to 70g per total weight, and the content of the dietary fiber of 8 to 24g per the total weight. The nucleic acid is removed using centrifuge after heat-treating the diluted solution for 10 minutes under the pH 6.0 to 6.2 and the temperature of 75 to 76 degrees centigradeby diluting the yeast solution with water at a ratio of 1: 2. The yeast solution removing the nucleic acid is dried in a spray dryer to have the moisture of 30%. The dried yeast of 70%, the dietary fiber of 7%, and the chicken breast meat of 23% are mixed and formed by a twin-screw extruder in a barrel heating temperature of 140 centigrade degrees.
