A polymer mixing structure is provided to reduce a managing cost about increase of durability of a building through polymer mixing. A polymer mixing structure is formed by mixing all polymer films, all polymer ties, and all polymer fibers to ready-mixed concrete, concrete, and mortar block used in constructing all buildings through cement, yellow soil, and soil etc. The polymer mixing structure is mixed to the ready-mixed concrete in a concrete forming process, is mixed to the cement in a block manufacturing process, and is mixed to a yellow soil mortar or a yellow soil block in a yellow soil house constructing process.
