PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking brake device of a motorcycle capable of preventing a spring force of a delay spring from being affected by vibration in the vertical direction of a vehicle to prevent brake characteristics of the interlocking brake device from being changed, adjusting braking forces of front and rear wheels to achieve optimum brake characteristics easily, and improving the degree of flexibility in the arrangement of constituent parts. SOLUTION: This interlocking brake device of the motorcycle is provided with a floating type brake panel 40, a torque arm 43 supported so as to be turnable on a swing arm 20, a torque link 44 connecting the brake panel 40 with the torque arm 43, and a connecting cable traction member 47 connected with an interlocking connecting cable 48 and supported so as to be turnable on the torque arm 43. The delay spring 62 for energizing the torque arm 43 in the predetermined direction is arranged on the swing arm 20 along forward and backward directions of the motorcycle 10.
