The device (1) has two walls (42) defining interior volume, where one of the walls is placed against a cylinder head. A fresh air inlet (31), an exhaust gas inlet (21) and an intake air outlet duct (51) open into the volume, where the gas inlet is defined by third wall made of thermoplastic material with inner surface. Inner surface of the walls are covered with metallic material. The inlets are constituted by a single inlet, and a connection opens into the single inlet, where interior surface of the connection is coated with metallic material. The metallic material covering the inner surface of the walls is chemically compatible with the thermoplastic material. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an internal combustion engine comprising a cylinder head (2) a method for manufacturing an intake air distributing device for an internal combustion engine.
