PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system enhanced in security and convenience, a mobile terminal, a personal information control method of the mobile terminal, a program, and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The communication system including the mobile terminal and a base station side communication apparatus for relaying the one mobile terminal and the other mobile terminal is characterized in that the mobile terminal includes a volatile memory for temporarily storing personal information and the base station side communication apparatus includes a server for backup of the personal information from the mobile terminal.
