<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tarary buckwheat tea beverage containing rutin at high concentration, reduced in raw smell, bitterness, and badness (sliminess) of aftertaste peculiar to tarary buckwheat, and excellent in flavor. <P>SOLUTION: This tarary buckwheat tea beverage contains 40 ppm or more of rutin and 10-105 ppb of indole.
