<p>A method for regenerating activated coke is provided, which comprises feeding the activated coke to an apparatus for regenerating activated coke; initially heating the activated coke to a temperature of 100~400 °C to reduce the moisture content thereof; then heating the activated coke to a temperature of 500~850 °C to make the organic matter in the activated coke into flammable gas reused as a fuel. An apparatus for regenerating activated coke is also provided, which comprises a heating chamber (10) being divided into two temperature zones by a partition wall (11) in the middle of the heating chamber (10), the two temperature zones being a high temperature zone (13) anear an outlet end (1) of the heating chamber (10) and a low temperature zone (14) anear an inlet end (20) of the heating chamber (10); a plurality of burning gas devices (16) positioned on the sidewall of the heating chamber (10), one of which is an external gas pipe (17) and another of which is a reused flammable gas pipe (18); a passing gas channel (12) positioned to cross the partition wall (11); an exhaust gas outlet (19) positioned on the top of the low temperature zone (14); a flammable gas outlet (2) positioned on the top of the outlet end (1) being connected to the flammable gas pipe (18) with aflammable gas ventilator (27); and a rotary cylinder (7) running through the heating chamber (10).</p> |
