<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional system that a control circuit block of an inverter unit has a risk of breakdown due to the heat generated from a main circuit or the heat generated from a motor or an engine, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling block by coolant is interposed between the main circuit block and the control circuit block of the inverter unit. The control circuit block of this inverter unit is arranged on the side of a drive motor. Moreover, the control circuit block is so structurized as to be caught with the first and second cooling blocks.
