<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting construction technique for monolithic refractory capable of providing a constructed body of monolithic refractory with significantly improved durability throughout the year, without being influenced by outside air temperature. <P>SOLUTION: In the casting construction technique for the monolithic refractory, the monolithic refractory is cast in an inner face of a molten metal container. It carries out a process S1 of installing a form device equipped in an inner side of a form with a form face temperature control means arranged with a predetermined gap in the molten metal container inner face and capable of controlling a form face at a desired temperature in response to a binder of the monolithic refractory, a process S4 of casting the monolithic refractory in the gap between the molten metal container inner face and the form face of the form device, and processes S6, S7 of carrying out temperature control of the form face by the form face temperature control means and carrying out constant temperature curing of the monolithic refractory during or after casting of the monolithic refractory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
