A transparent color coating composition is provided to maintain transparency in coating, to impart various colors and sunscreen effect to glass, and to ensure excellent hardness, cohesive property, and solvent resistance. A transparent color coating composition comprises a sol-gel organic-inorganic binder solution 80-99.9 weight% and pigment dispersion 0.1-20 weight%. The sol-gel organic-inorganic binder solution is obtained by homogenizing the sol-gel organic-inorganic composite resin 50-80 weight% and solvent 20~50 weight%, wherein the sol-gel organic-inorganic composite resin is a compound of an acrylic polymer resin and inorganic ceramic. In the pigment dispersion, organic pigment 1-30 weight%, dispersing agent 1-30 weight% and solvent 40-90 weight% are uniformly dispersed. |
