A plant for preparation of biodiesel fuel contains technological containers for oil, methanol and alkali, glycerin and biodiesel fuel, sedimentation tank, pump, reactor with hydrodynamic radiator, which are connected among themselves by means of technological manifold, and also it contains connecting reinforcement. The conversion transducer, control and measuring equipment, pulsing valve, ejector-atomizers with breaking sites, turbine mixers, at that the conversion transducer is connected with electric motor, are introduced into installation; and pulsing valve is installed into manifold, connecting pump with reactor, and the ejector-atomizers with breaking sites are fixed on the exit of the valve, furthermore, turbine mixers are located at the bottom part of reactor. |
