The rod (3) has a wide lower end (32) projected from an anchor picket (1) through an adequate opening (5), where the rod is plane at the level of the end. The end has the geometry adapted to prevent the withdrawal of the end in the picket at which the end is associated. The end has a section whose dimension is higher then dimension of the opening when the rod is associated to the picket. A protuberance constituted of a solidarity connected part, is provided at the end. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an anchor picket comprising an anchor rod engaged in a tubular body (2) a method for installing an anchor picket in the ground.
