<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-pneumatic tire capable of providing the required degree of vertical rigidity, longitudinal rigidity and the transverse rigidity with the tire respectively without applying pressurization air to the tire, and providing excellent ride comfort and ease of operation. <P>SOLUTION: The tire 1 is a non-pneumatic tire having a rim 2 and a ring 3. A plurality of link mechanisms 4 are arranged between the rim 2 and the ring 3. Each of the link mechanisms 4 has two links L1, L2 arranged with a space along the width direction. The links L1, L2 are connected to the rim 2 respectively so as to rock and are connected to each other with an elastic member 5 through a hinge joint part C2, and the links L2 are integrally jointed with a rocking segment 6 through a joint C3. The segment 6 is jointed to a back face of the ring 3, and forms at least one projection shape P that disperses contact pressure force transmitted from a rotation direction through the ring 3 toward the width direction of the segment 6 at a ground contact start side edge e1, and also forms a recess shape N that forms a V shape at a ground contact end side edge e2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
