A whole body exercise bicycle is provided to help a user to build up a healthy body by performing the push exercise and pool exercise the same time. A whole body exercise bicycle comprises: a front back wheel(101a,101b) mounted to a frame in order to be rotatable; a first drive sprocket(111) located at a frame center in order to be rotated by a pedal, and running a rear wheel by a chain; a first driving part(110) having a follower sprocket coaxially equipped on the first drive sprocket; a second driver part delivering the torque, generated by the back and forth swing motion of a steering wheel in the front of the frame, to the first driving part; a third drive sprocket connected by a rectangular section part of a hinge shaft; a first sprocket connected to an coaxial axis of the second driver sprocket at the other side of the second driver sprocket; and a one-way ratchet located at the first sprocket. The torque is generated with the push exercise of the steering wheel by connecting the third drive sprocket and the first sprocket by the chain. |
