METHOD FOR RECONFIGURING TIME ALIGNMENT TIMER

A method for reconfiguring an uplink time sync timer is provided to reduce wireless resource and time needed for reconfiguration by performing the reconfiguration without performing a handover process for reconfiguring a TAT(Time Alignment Timer). An RRC message is received from the network and includes a timer value. A timer is performed based on the first timer value by receiving a command for starting the timer. A second time value is received. Timer is restarted based on the second timer value without receiving any other command for restarting the timer for the second timer value.
