An intercooler is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency by forming a parallel baffle inside an inlet header tank and passing the air of the high temperature flowed in an inlet pipe through the whole area of a tube. An intercooler comprises: a plurality of tubes arranged at constant intervals; a heat radiation fin interposed between the tubes; an inlet and outlet header tank coupled on both ends of the tube; an inlet and outlet pipe(24) which is formed in the inlet and outlet header tank and sucking and discharging the air; a parallel baffle(40) formed inside the inlet header tank to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the inlet header tank; and a cross baffle(50) connecting one side of the parallel baffle and the inner surface of the inlet header tank.
