摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure compressor disk and/or a high pressure turbine disk in a gas-turbine engine by designing so as to optimize the resistance to strength and the low cycle fatigue performance and/or the fatigue crack growth and the creep-deformation by controlling alloy-composition and heat-treatment parameter to the grain-structure in a nickel-base supper-alloy, in whichγ-prime phase strengthening precipitation having high volume ratio in theγphase, is precipitated. <P>SOLUTION: A ternary nickel eutectic alloy consists of, by weight, 4.5-11% chromium, 1-6% cobalt, 1-4% aluminum, 0-1.5% titanium, 0-3% tantalum, 16-22% niobium, 0-3% molybdenum, 0-4% tungsten, 0-1% hafnium, 0-0.1% zirconium, 0-0.1% silicon, 0.01-0.1% carbon, 0-0.01% boron and the balance nickel plus incidental impurities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
