PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the retrieval of a shared document by a shared document tree efficient in an information processor which stores shared documents in a prescribed area on a network and reads and uses the shared documents stored therein. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a shared folder producing part 301 which produces a shared folder hierarchically in a prescribed area on a network, a shared file producing part 302 which produces a shared file in which a shared document is stored in one hierarchy alone in the produced shared folder, a real folder/real file producing part 303 which produces hierarchically a real file produced by using a shared document and/or a real folder to which the real file belongs in the produced shared folder and a displaying part 304 which displays only the shared folder and the shared files hierarchically. According to such a configuration, a child folder or file is not produced in the shared file, and the visibility of a shared document tree is improved. |
