PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation member mounting structure which solves problems of a conventional technique, and facilitates parts exchanging work. SOLUTION: According to the base isolation member mounting structure, a bearing B1 is formed of a sliding element 21 arranged on a lower end face of a column 1 and displaced together with the column 1 in one body (by following the column 1), and a receiving plate 23 having a surface on which the sliding element 21 slides. The sliding element 21 is formed like a plate, and a flange 22 which has the same planar size as that of a column flange 1b is welded integrally to an upper surface of the sliding element. The flange 22 has formed therein a recess 22a conforming to a projection 1c of the column flange 1b, and by superposing the flange 22 on the column flange 1b and fitting the projection 1c into the recess 22a, the sliding element 21 is fixed to the lower end face of the column 1.
