MANUAL LEVELING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leveling system for construction equipment connected between a lower part frame provided with a running means and an upper structure provided with a driver's cab and operated by an actuator to tilt the upper structure. SOLUTION: This manual leveling system is provided with a turn angle sensing part for sensing an angle of turn of the upper structure 1 and transmitting a signal for the angle of turn and a tilting operation inputting part for generating a tilting operation signal corresponding to a coordinate value on a coordinate using the right and left directions and the forward and backward directions of the upper structure as coordinate axes depending on operation position and transmitting the tilting operation signal. This system computes operation values for deciding an actuator to be operated among the actuators positioned radially from the center of a tilting unit and deciding possibility or impossibility of elongation or contraction of the actuator to be operated and a scope of its operation by using the coordinate values of the transmitted tilting operation signals and the angles of turn of the upper structure to tilt the upper structure for a reference face by the tilting operation signals.
