PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive rolling bearing device with a sensor, reduced in an arranging space of an ABS sensor. SOLUTION: The ABS sensor is composed of: a substrate 70, a first coil 71 arranged on a first surface 75 on one side of the substrate 70 so as to surround a first track member over the whole periphery; and a second coil 72 arranged on the first surface 75 so as not to surround the first track member. A rotating object speed detecting part formed by alternately arranging a plurality of same first parts 81 having first magnetic permeability and a plurality of same second parts (unillustrated) having second magnetic permeability different from the first magnetic permeability, in the peripheral direction of a cylindrical part 77 of a slinger 51, is formed in an opposite part in the radial direction to the first coil 71 in the cylindrical part 77 of the slinger 51.
