PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield case which suppresses a decrease in shieldability while suppressing a decrease in strength of a contact member, and can be made compact. SOLUTION: The shield case 3 includes a shield case 10 including a plurality of side surface portions 12 provided with projections 12a, a shield cover 20 which includes a plurality of engagement portions 22 engaging the projections 12a of the side surface portions 12 of the shield case 10 and is fitted to the shield case 10, and a pin header 30 which is fitted to the side surface portions 12b of the shield case 10 and includes a plurality of terminals 31a and 31b and a terminal fixing member 32, wherein the engagement portions 22b of the shield cover 20 is disposed between the side surface portions 12b (12) of the shield case and the terminal fixing member 32 of the pin header 30.
