PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing body for a shutter system, which can enhance the closeability of a door body, and the shutter system using the opening/closing body. SOLUTION: This opening/closing body for the shutter system comprises a main body 11 of the opening/closing body, which has an opening in a flexible sheet region, and the door body 12 which is suspended by fixing an upper endside portion to the main body 11, so as to block the opening 10a. A flexible screening sheet 12b is provided astride an inner edge 10a1 of the opening 10a on the backside of the door body 12; a portion, corresponding to the inside of the opening 10a, of the screening sheet 12b is fixed on the backside of the door body 12 over a direction along the inner edge 10a1; and a portion corresponding to the outside of the opening 10a is brought into contact with the main body 11 or a region integral with the main body 11 over the direction along the inner edge 10a1.
